We begin by carrying out a full inspection of your spa, checking all accessible components and identifying any issues requiring attention.
Next, we perform a complete system flush using professional-grade cleaning solutions. This removes hidden dirt, biofilm and residue from within the pipework and internal components — something a standard drain and refill will not achieve.
Your spa is then fully drained, vacuumed and deep cleaned, including the shell, jets, filter and lid.
We then begin the refill process using fresh water from your garden tap, adding an initial sanitiser treatment to ensure the water is protected from the start.
Due to the volume of water required and variation in water pressure, refill times can vary.
Your engineer will begin the refill process, add an initial sanitiser treatment, and ensure your spa is set up correctly for completion.
As refill times can extend beyond the service visit, your engineer will leave the spa filling and ready to continue. In some cases, you may need to resume or monitor the filling process until complete.
Once full, a final balance and sanitiser adjustment may still be required depending on your water supply and fill level. Your engineer will explain any final steps needed as part of your aftercare guidance.
